The planning and review procedure outlines your organisation's process for continual improvement to health and safety. This is done by having an organised approach to health and safety by reviewing progress, checking outcomes and setting of new health and safety objectives each year. The procedure is a combination of describing the process as well as step-by-step instructions for putting it into place. It includes flow charts, definitions and information relevant legislation. Each procedure follows an overall process of why, how, who, when, review and includes a list of the other related documents that can be used.
