This is a guideline to use when training workers about Occupational Overuse Syndrome (OOS). This guideline includes a description of OOS, symptoms, tips for avoiding OOS, and a diagram and tips on workstation set up. The guideline is aimed to be used by trainers to ensure a consistent level of training as well as ensuring all aspects are covered. It is not intended as a self-learning tool. The guideline will need to be tailored to your workplace. As the guideline is editable it may also be added to include quality control and other non health and safety areas. This guide is limited to Occupational Overuse.
