This is a guideline for training workers in the safe operation of an airless sprayer. Each guideline includes risks, required PPE, guide for safe operation, and details of a competency assessment. The guideline is aimed to be used by trainers ensure a consistent level of training as well as ensuring all aspects are covered. It is not intended as a self learning tool. The guideline will need to be tailored to your machine as your machine and workplace may vary. As the guideline is editable it may also be added to include quality control and other non health and safety areas. This guide is limited to airless sprayer.
