Training Evaluation

The training evaluation template is for workers to use when evaluating training they receive.

The template is given to workers to complete following an external specialist's training session (such as first aid) and includes questions with rating scales as well as comment boxes.

This form is aimed at external training but can be adapted and used inhouse for other training.

The process for identifying and managing training needs as a company and for individual workers is outlined in the Training Procedure.
