The worker agreement template is used to document the engagement and participation agreement between management and workers. The template is laid out like a worksheet to record how worker engagement and participation will work for your organisation. It covers work groups, worker representatives, training and health and safety committees. It has a section at the end where workers sign stating they agree to the agreement.
