The process for meeting legal requirements to provide a safe and healthy working environment by managing risks is outlined in the Risk Management procedure.
This form is to be used for a hazard that is not yet in the Risk Register. It records the hazard and documents the process of identifying controls and risk scroing before adding it to the Risk Register.
