The process for meeting legal requirements to provide a safe and healthy working environment by managing risks is outlined in the Risk Management procedure.
This form is to be used prior to starting a job/task to break down the work into steps i.e. identify the hazards and controls in each step and risk score these. All workers who are involved must sign this document to show they have understood and will work to the requirements of the JSA.
