Health and Safety Management System (Plus)

This complete health and safety system is suited to an organisation with more than one site, higher risk work and involvement of other Persons Conducting a Business or undertaking (PCBU’s).

The manual is divided into sections of managing our obligations (policy, planning and review, risks, incidents, and emergency management), managing workers (involvement, training, pre-employment and injuries) and managing others (contractors).

For each section, there is a procedure that outlines how this will work in your business and forms to use that will need to be tailored to fit your needs. Each procedure gives you a detailed process to work through on how you will achieve this in your organization and is divided into sections of why, how, who, when, review. Added into each procedure is the PDCA cycle, (Plan, Do, Check, Act) which provides the format for continuous improvement. 

The Health and Safety at Work Act has introduced personal duties on directors and senior managers,  included is a Governance Pack with a policy, procedure and forms to use to assist your company in meeting these requirements.
