Risk Assessment

This form is to be used for a hazard that is not yet in the Risk Register.

It records the hazard and documents the process of identifying controls and recording of it on the Risk Register.

The process for meeting legal requirements to provide a safe and healthy working environment by managing risks is outlined in the Risk Management procedure.
