Contractor Monitoring

The Contractor Monitoring template is used for making an assessment of the health and safety performance of a contractor.

The template is used with contractors that have been approved (are on the Approved Contractor Register) during a contract to assess their health and safety.

The End of Contract Review form is to be used at the end of a contract.

The process for managing relationships with contractors is outlined in the Contractor Management procedure.
