Contractor Letter

The contractor letter template is used to request health and safety information from a contractor (who is not on the approved contractor register). 

The letter explains why the information is being requested and outlines the scope of work the will undertake as well as any hazards/risks they should be aware of.

This letter is sent with the Contractor / Self-employed Contractor Questionnaire.
